Line up 4 cones in the middle of the court. Player starts by dribbling between each cone, switching hands and crossing over between each cone. When basket is reached, player should jump stop, and shoot a jump shot.
Player should then rebound the ball and sprint/dribble to the other basket where he/she finishes with a layup. Drill should be immediately repeated 3-5 times for conditioning.
This drill can be repeated using the opposite hand for the full court sprint/layup portion of the drill.
This is a great drill to practice dribbling, ball control, shooting and is also a great conditioning drill.
